Refer A Friend

Resources Group values recommendations and will provide a bonus where a candidate has been placed by us as a result of a recommendation. To qualify for this bonus of £250/AU$500, the conditions are as follows:

• The individual placed must not be already registered with Resources Group.
• The recommendation scheme only applies where the name of the person recommending the candidate is clearly stated by email at the time of the first application by the applicant.
• The recommendation scheme cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Recommendations by third parties only will not qualify for the scheme.
• A recommendation bonus can only be paid if the applicant is placed by Resources Group and only when he/she has started in their new role and have successfully completed their guarantee/probationary period.
• The scheme applies only to permanent appointments/placements.
• This scheme is open until 31st December 2010.
